Acceptable Use Policy

This policy is an inseparable part of the Tautly Terms of Service. Violations can lead to links being disabled, accounts being suspended, and reports to law enforcement.

1. Prohibited Content & Behaviour

• Phishing or attempts to steal user credentials.
• Distribution of malware, viruses, ransomware, or exploits.
• Fraud, Ponzi schemes, illegal online lotteries, or fake investments.
• Child exploitation material (CSAM) — reported immediately to the authorities.
• Content that incites hatred based on race, religion, or ethnicity, or promotes violence or terrorism.
• Pornography, adult content without age verification, or non-consensual material.
• Infringement of copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual property.
• Trading illegal goods: narcotics, weapons, protected wildlife, prescription drugs without a licence.
• Gambling without a valid Indonesian licence.
• Mass spam, unsolicited email, or high-volume automated posting.
• Collecting personal data without the data subject's consent.

2. Technical Restrictions

• Circumventing rate limits, quotas, or other security mechanisms.
• Using bots to inflate clicks ("click fraud").
• Reverse-engineering or mass-scraping the Service.
• Using the API outside of the official documentation.
• Redirect chaining through other URL shorteners to disguise the destination.

3. Protecting Our Team & Systems

Attacking, disrupting, or attempting to breach Tautly infrastructure is prohibited, including penetration testing without written permission. Our official responsible-disclosure address: security@tautly.to.

4. Enforcement

Depending on severity, sanctions include:

1. A written warning and deactivation of the offending links.
2. Temporary account suspension.
3. Permanent account termination without refund.
4. A report to law enforcement.

5. Reporting a Violation

Anyone can report an abusive link via the Report Abuse page or by emailing abuse@tautly.to. Our moderation team responds within 24 hours.
