This document governs your use of the Tautly platform (the "Service"), operated by PT Tautly Digital Indonesia ("Tautly", "we"), located at Jl. Sudirman Kav. 52-53, South Jakarta 12190, Indonesia. By registering for or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of the terms below.

1. Definitions

User: an individual or legal entity that registers for and uses the Service.
Content: URLs, QR codes, OneLink pages, and other material uploaded or created by the User.
Paid Plan: the Basic, Pro, Business, or Enterprise plan with a subscription fee.

2. Account Registration

You must be at least 17 years old or have guardian consent. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity on your account. We may refuse or suspend a registration at our discretion.

3. Acceptable Use

The Service may only be used for lawful purposes. Users may not use Tautly for phishing, malware distribution, fraud, spam, hate speech, terrorism, child exploitation, copyright infringement, or any other illegal activity. Full details are in our Acceptable Use Policy.

4. Plans and Payment

The Service is available on a free plan and on Paid Plans. Paid Plans are billed in advance every 30 days through the Midtrans payment gateway (PT Midtrans Payment Solutions Indonesia). Prices are listed on the Pricing page in Rupiah and exclude the applicable 11% VAT.

Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time from Settings → Billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

5. Refunds

Refund terms are set out in our Refund Policy.

6. Content Ownership

You own all Content you upload. You grant Tautly a non-exclusive, royalty-free, limited licence to store, process, and display that Content in order to provide the Service. Tautly retains all rights to its software, brand, and documentation.

7. Privacy

Collection and processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which complies with Indonesian Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection.

8. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate an account without prior notice if we detect a serious breach of these Terms, including illegal activity or activity that threatens the security of our systems or other users. You may close your account at any time from Settings.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Tautly is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Tautly's aggregate liability is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the preceding 12 months.

10. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced at least 14 days in advance by email or via an in-app notification.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes will first be resolved amicably and, failing that, before the South Jakarta District Court.
